Oh! My Goddess!

| Problem 1: | This disc exhibits a significant amount of cross-coloration (rainbowing). AnimEigo is blaming the quality of the masters. There is also a fair amount of artifacting around the line edges. This problem is a lot more apparent on higher definition displays, better TVs and computer screens. Smaller TVs tend to hide this sort of problem. |
| Workarounds: | Play using the composite video connection. Return the disc. Buy the Region 2 version. |
| Discs Affected: | volumes 1 and 2 of AnimEigo's OAV series discs. |
| Players Affected: | in my opinion, this is _not_ a player issue. |
| Severity: | 1-4 - little problem on smaller displays, but up to four depending on size and definition. |

I personally do not feel that the master quality is up to snuff. For a studio whose once stated goal is to be considered the "Criterion of Anime", they need to put out better work than this to be even considered an average anime studio. I do not feel that watching in composite mode is an acceptable compromise. Thanks to gpearson on the AoD forums for the images.

| Vendor: | Bandai Entertainment |
| Problem 1: | The subtitles in the first half of Episode 6 are about 1 second early |
| Workaround: | - |
| Discs Affected: | all? |
| Players Affected: | all? Noted: Region free Pioneer DVD-626D; Sony DVP-S300; Pioneer DVL-700; Panasonic A110; Apex AD-600A. |
| Severity: | 1 - I don't consider it a big issue, I think even with subtitles a little early is better than a little late. IMO 1 second is insignificant in most cases. |
|
| Problem 2: | Episode 8's prologue has an odd beep and drop-out on the Japanese track that isn't present on the English track. |
| Workaround: | - |

| Severity: | 1 - I don't consider it a big issue although it is annoying. |

| Problem 3: | On the Apple DVD Player Version 2.2 in an iMac system the "Options" menu stops the disc. |
