| Problem 1: | A lot of players screw up or lock up on the language menu. |
| Workaround: | If you can, set the audio and sub options using the remote control. Also, if you let the music cycle through the menu might unfreeze. |

| Problem 2: | There is a lot of artifacting in a scene that has a lot of intentional static in the picture, the artifacting shows up on the characters. It is toward the end of episode 3. A lot of blocking shows up on the dinner scene of episode 5 as well a handfull of other high-motion scenes on the disc in which the screen gets blocky. |

| Nitpick 1: | Each episode has exactly one chapter stop. In a time when most new releases now have five chapter stops (opening, part a, part b, ending and preview), this is unusual and cumbersome, as some people like to skip the openings and endings after they've seen them once or twice, and proper chapter marks are most convenient for doing this. |
| Workaround: | fast forward or punch in the time to skip to |

This is the third Bandai DVD I have on record for having difficulties with Pioneer's DV440 series players. Maybe it is the fault of the player, but then, I have no record of any other company's DVDs having problems for these players.
Problem confirmed by AoD members "KaidoYuji8Shinji", "lostworld", "CloudVader", "Tetsuken" and "fareastazn".
